Shipping

When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address keyed in by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this website. All purchases from this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. The customer is ultimately responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments. After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer from you to us to buy a product(s).  All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the Product has been shipped (Shipping Confirmation). The contract between us (Contract) will only be formed when we ship the order. We reserve the right, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity on any product or service and/or to refuse service to any customer. Payment

Payment for all products must be by credit or debit card.  Your card is charged upon placing the order. If Filthy Dirty cannot or will not fulfill an order, a refund or store credit will be promptly issued.

Typographical Errors

In the rare event that a Filthy Dirty product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Filthy Dirty reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Filthy Dirty reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Filthy Dirty shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Import duty

If you order products from our site for delivery outside the United States, they may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
