What is Filthy Dirty's Return Policy?
Because of the nature of our products we do not issue satisfaction guarantee returns or store credit. All sales are final and no returns can be accepted.
If your order is damaged upon receipt please let us know immediately. Do not open or use the product if it is damaged. We do not issue credit card refunds – we will gladly exchange the merchandise or issue you a store credit if you contact us.
For new or used merchandise with manufacturing defects please reach out to the manufacturer. Most of our items come with a manufacturer’s warranty. If you have any questions please email clientservices@filthydirty.com
